John Lazarine

John Lazarine, CIA, CISA, CRISC, CDPSE, serves as the Chief Audit Executive at UT Health San Antonio since May 2017, where responsibilities include leading the Internal Audit organization and providing assurance and advisory services to enhance enterprise risk management and governance processes.
