Kate Hunger

Kate Hunger is a seasoned marketing communications professional currently serving as a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist at UT Health San Antonio since November 2020. With an extensive background in writing and editing, Kate has also been a Freelance Writer since 2004, and worked as a Senior Editor at Pace Communications from August 2017 to November 2020. Previous experience includes roles as a Reporter for the San Antonio Express-News from 1998 to 2004 and as a Newswoman at the Associated Press, Phoenix Bureau, from October 1997 to April 1998. Kate holds both a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and a Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University.
