Megan M. Fredrick, LPC-S, is a seasoned mental health professional with over a decade of experience at UT Health San Antonio, where Megan M serves as a Specialist-Faculty and Clinical Director. With expertise in psychiatry, particularly in treating serious mental illnesses and substance use disorders, Megan oversees the administration of multiple outpatient behavioral health residency training clinics, focusing on program development and implementation of evidence-based practices. In addition to managing clinical and research operations within the Department of Psychiatry, Megan has provided in-home therapy services as a Mental Health Specialist and contributed to neuropsychological assessments as a Neuropsychometrist at Prevea Health. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and a Master’s Degree in Community Based Counseling.
