Annisia Shynett

Annisia Shynett, SPHR, MJ-LEL, currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston) since January 2024. Prior to this role, Annisia held the position of Director of Human Resources at UT Physicians from June 2021 and worked at Texas Children's Hospital from August 2007 to June 2021 as both Human Resources Manager and Sr Employee Relations Specialist. Earlier in the career, Annisia served as Employee Relations Specialist, AVP at JPMorgan Chase from 2003 to 2007. Annisia holds a Master's of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Houston.
