Darin Tessier

Darin Tessier is an experienced orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, currently serving at Advanced Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine in Houston since April 2020, and at Lone Star Orthopedic Institute and UT Physicians since April 2019 and April 2017, respectively. Previously, Darin worked at Brookwood Sports & Orthopaedics from September 2013 to May 2017 and completed a fellowship at the American Sports Medicine Institute from August 2012 to July 2013. Darin holds a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder (1999), a Master of Science in Human & Molecular Genetics from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (2003), and two Doctor of Medicine degrees from UT Health San Antonio, with one focused on the Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program (2012).
