Paul Tobin

Paul Tobin is an accomplished healthcare administrator with extensive experience in practice management and strategic planning. Currently serving as Assistant Director and Practice Manager at UT Physicians since November 2016, Paul previously held the role of Practice Manager at LCMC Health, where significant improvements in patient access and growth metrics were achieved. Paul’s earlier experience includes a tenure at Ochsner Clinic Foundation, where responsibilities ranged from managing multiple service lines to leading multi-organ transplant programs through regulatory compliance processes. Paul holds a Master of Social Work with a focus on Healthcare and Administration, a Master of Science in Healthcare Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology, all underscoring a solid foundation in healthcare leadership and management.
