Christopher Hales

Christopher Hales serves as the Director of Training at Gabb since December 2020, where significant improvements were made to the onboarding and coaching processes for customer-facing team members, achieving a 50% reduction in time to proficiency and a 90% graduation rate. Previously, Christopher developed a training program and educational initiatives focused on safe technology for parents. As a head coach for the 2012 Girls team and an assistant coach for the 2015 Boys team at Utah Avalanche Soccer Club since May 2022, Christopher contributes to youth sports development. Engagement with youth extends to roles as a presenter for Especially For Youth from 2017 to 2020 and as a seminary instructor for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for a decade. Christopher holds a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Arizona.
