Peter Black

Peter Black is a seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, currently serving as an Associate Broker at Mountain West Commercial Real Estate since September 2024. Specializing in the Office sector, Peter has extensive knowledge in leasing and sales across Office, Industrial, and Land markets in Utah. Prior to this role, Peter co-founded and served as Principal Broker at FUTR: Commercial Advisors, and held significant positions at CBRE, including Senior Associate and Associate. As the Education Chair for the Utah CCIM Chapter, Peter contributes to the education and professional development within the industry. Additionally, involvement with the University of Utah Young Alumni Board showcases a commitment to alumni engagement and community building.
