Charice Carroll

Charice Carroll, M.Ed. is a Distance Education Specialist at Utah Education Network with experience in training facilitators for the state-wide IVC system. Previous roles include Performance Evaluator at Western Governors University, Hub Operator/Video Producer at Weber State University, and EDNET Facilitator at Snow College. Charice holds a MEd in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University and a BS in Broadcast Communications and English from Weber State University.
