Utah Education Network
Jesse Howerton has held various roles in the field of network engineering, with experience in troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining network infrastructures for educational institutions and healthcare facilities. Jesse has demonstrated proficiency in working with network monitoring tools, configuring switches and routers, and managing user identities and network access permissions. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Telecommunications Engineering and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Energy Management and Systems Technology/Technician.

The Utah Education Network is a statewide broadband and broadcast network established by the Utah Legislature in 1989. Based on the number of students served, if UEN were a school district, it would rank third behind New York City and Los Angeles in the scope of services provided. However our services reach well beyond our 612,00 students in public education. We also serve 174,000 higher education students and applied technology students. Add to that more than 64,000 educators and staff K-12 through college.
