Katherine Blackham is a Nurse Practitioner and 3rd Party Recipient Coordinator at Utah Fertility Center since March 2022, specializing in coordinating IVF cycles, providing patient education, and performing IUI procedures. Previously, Katherine worked as a Cosmetic Injector at Saltwater Dental, where responsibilities included educating patients and developing treatment plans for cosmetic injections. Prior experience includes serving as an infusion nurse at Intermountain Healthcare, specializing in rheumatology and neurology, and holding the position of Neuro Acute Care Registered Nurse at University of Utah Health. Katherine's earlier roles included Assistant Preschool Teacher, Director of Philanthropy at Chi Omega Xi Alpha, and an intern at the United States Senate. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Utah and a Master of Science in Family Practice Nursing from The George Washington University.
