Rachel Garrett

Rachel Garrett is an experienced Associate Program Director at Trauma-Informed Utah. Rachel is also the Founder and CEO of Common Thread and serves as a Foster Parent at Utah Foster Care. With a background as a Court Appointed Special Advocate at National CASA/GAL Association for Children and experience as a High School History Teacher at Alpine School District, Rachel holds a Master's degree in Developmental and Child Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Science Teacher Education from Brigham Young University.
