Scott Harmon is currently the Asset Manager and Program Manager at Utah Housing Corporation, overseeing projects related to Low Income Housing Tax Credit Section 42 and for-sale housing programs. Additionally, Scott is the Owner/Broker of Harmon Real Estate - Utah, managing operations. Scott also serves as a City Council Member for West Valley City. Scott holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Strategic Management from Western Governors University, a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho, and an Associate of Science degree from Ensign College.

Utah Housing Corporation, was created as a public corporation by State legislation in 1975 to raise funds to assist in the creation of affordable housing opportunities for lower-income Utah households. Principally, UHC provides mortgage money to qualifying first time homebuyers as well as resources to developers building or renovating affordable apartment projects. In addition, UHC assumes several roles ranging from lender to developer in creating solutions for difficult housing problems.
