Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Hockey Director and Head Coach for the Dallas Ice Jets from 2002 to 2014. Paul's career in professional hockey began as a player in various leagues, including the IHL, AHL, ECHL, and CHL, spanning from 1994 to 2000.
