Brock Stephens

Brock Stephens is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management. Currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Manager for Alternative Investments at Utah Retirement Systems since June 2010, Brock specializes in sourcing and conducting due diligence on various alternative asset classes while maintaining relationships with funded managers. Prior experience includes a Portfolio Management Internship at Ensign Peak Advisors, where Brock managed a catastrophe bond portfolio and performed risk management analysis, and a role as a Senior Financial Representative at E*TRADE Financial, leading a team focused on high-net-worth clients. Brock began a career in public service as a Small Business Committee Intern with the United States House of Representatives. Educationally, Brock holds an MBA in Finance from Brigham Young University and a BS in Political Science from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
