Tom James

Tom James is an IT Manager at Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University since January 1992. Tom maintains over 350 PCs, including 240 in computer labs, and upgrades/updates PC Software and Hardware using various tools. In addition, Tom is also an Adjunct Instructor at the same school where Tom teaches IT subjects. Tom has also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Stevens-Henager College teaching Information Technology related courses. Previously, Tom was a Customer Service Agent at Convergys and a Help Desk Associate at Saddleman, Inc. Tom holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Utah State University.
