Natty Taylor

Natty Taylor is a Human Resources Generalist at Utah Symphony | Utah Opera since August 2023, having previously served as a Human Resources Coordinator. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Specialist at New Horizons In-Home Care, where administrative support was provided across various HR functions, and as a Recruiter at HR Stream, focusing on candidate screening. Additionally, Taylor worked as a Research Assistant at UVU Center for Social Impact, contributing to data analysis and presentations, and at Brigham Young University’s School of Social Work, assisting in a refugee project. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Supervisor at Maple Lake Academy, supporting students in a therapeutic environment. Natty Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Utah Valley University and previously completed general education at Brigham Young University.
