Ginger Chinn

Ginger C. has a strong background in government affairs, economic development, and organizational leadership, currently serving in State & Local Government Affairs at Northrop Grumman since December 2024. Prior roles include Executive Vice President at the Salt Lake Chamber from May 2021 to December 2024, Managing Director of Business Development for the State of Utah's UIPA from December 2019 to May 2021, and Managing Director of Urban & Rural Business Services at the Utah Governor's Office of Economic Development from April 2017 to December 2019. Ginger's extensive experience in external engagement and program development stems from a long tenure at Davis Technical College ECOE, where roles included Vice President of External Engagement & Economic Development and Director of Institutional Program Development. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from Boise State University.
