Casey Buckway

Casey Buckway currently serves as a PGY2 Cardiology Pharmacist Resident at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center since June 2020, having previously completed a PGY1 Pharmacist Residency at Intermountain Medical Center from June 2019 to June 2020. Casey earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Midwestern University in Arizona and has a foundational education from Weber, completed between 2008 and 2016.
