Christy Joyner

Christy Joyner is a highly experienced medical laboratory professional with a comprehensive background in various laboratory roles. Currently serving as a Medical Laboratory Scientist at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center since June 2022, Christy previously held similar positions at Timpanogos Regional Hospital from May 2021 to June 2022 and at Trident Medical Center as a Blood Bank Charge Technologist from September 2005 to May 2021. Early career experience includes HLA compatibility testing at the Medical University of South Carolina and roles at Bethesda Health and Vidant Medical Center, specializing in blood banking and transfusion services. Christy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Barton College and pursued further education at Florida Atlantic University.
