Kimball Kjar is a seasoned professional in the rugby and talent acquisition sectors, currently serving as the Co-Founder and CEO of the Utah Warriors Rugby, where oversight of the first professional rugby team in Utah and contributions to the Major League Rugby's establishment are key responsibilities. Kjar holds board member positions with The Rugby Alliance and Major League Rugby, working to enhance rugby’s presence in the United States and foster its development. As the Managing Principal at Venator Ventures and a Founding Principal at Summus Management Group, Kjar leads efforts in high-tech talent acquisition and the integration of real estate with sports and entertainment. Kjar's entrepreneurial spirit is exemplified through the co-founding of BidHyre, an innovative recruiting marketplace, and a notable history as an international athlete with USA Rugby, including accolades as a 3x Collegiate All-American. Kjar earned a BA in Philosophy and Business Management from Brigham Young University.

With a collection of the best rugby talent in the Beehive state, The Warriors will be competing in Major League Rugby's inaugural 2018 season. Rugby is the fastest growing sport in America, and local teams have been thriving on the national scene. BYU have won 5 National Collegiate Championships, High School teams like Highland, United, Herriman, West Valley and Snow Canyon regularly compete at Nationals, The University of Utah have won a National 7s title, and the Rugby Utah Men's Select 7s squad are the back to back Club 7s National Champions.
