Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Utah Youth Village is responsible for guiding the organization’s strategic direction and overseeing the implementation of its mission to heal and elevate lives. Comprising Vice Presidents from various departments, including Programs, Finance, Properties, and Advancement, the team collaborates to ensure effective program delivery, financial sustainability, and operational excellence, all rooted in the principles of the Teaching-Family Model. Their leadership fosters a culture of innovation and accountability that drives success across the organization.
