JP Chunga is a seasoned digital media professional with extensive experience in sports broadcasting and digital content management. Currently serving as the Digital Media Manager for the Utah Jazz since October 2019, JP oversees podcasts, social media, and other digital initiatives. Previously, JP held the position of Executive Producer at ESPN700, focused on Utah Utes coverage and local sports, while also contributing to various roles in collegiate media at Syracuse University, including hosting a top sports talk show and serving as a play-by-play broadcaster for the Syracuse Silver Knights. JP's background includes significant experience in recruitment and training as the Human Resources Director for WJPZ Radio, as well as internships with Real Salt Lake and ESPN700, showcasing a strong foundation in sports media and journalism from Syracuse University.
