Jon Carroll is an experienced program manager and engineer with a career spanning over three decades in the fields of engineering and project management. Currently serving as Program Manager at UTEC - Universal Tool Equipment + Controls since March 2021, Jon has held significant roles at various companies, including Director of Program Management at HTI Cybernetics, Inc. and Project Manager at VDL Steelweld. Jon's expertise encompasses all aspects of engineering processes, program timing, and financial management, particularly in resistance and MIG welding automated turnkey assembly systems. Educational qualifications include an Associate Degree in Mechanical and Technical Design from Grand Rapids Junior College, preceded by studies at Capac High School.
