Mattia de Bernardis

Mattia de Bernardis is a seasoned publishing professional with extensive experience in editorial roles. Since September 2017, Mattia has served as a Publisher and Senior Editor at UTET. Prior roles include serving as the Chief Non-Fiction Editor at Giangiacomo Feltrinelli Editore from July 2011 to July 2017 and leading the Trade Non-Fiction Editorial team at Giulio Einaudi Editore from June 2004 to July 2011. Additional experience includes a position as a Tutor at the Università di Bologna for the Master in Publishing program from September 2002 to May 2004. Mattia holds a Ph.D. in Semiotics from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, as well as an M.D. in Semiotics and Communication Studies from the same institution, supplemented by a scientific high school diploma.
