Aurelie Gribomont is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability and product development within the food industry. Currently serving as a Member of the Management Board at Utexbel since January 2023, Aurelie is responsible for sustainability policy. As the founder of Arriere Cuisine SPRL since December 2007, Aurelie provides consultancy on product development and supports food startups. Previous roles include advising startups on finances and strategy at hub.brussels, overseeing operations at Belvas Chocolates, and leading Generous Bakery, a manufacturer of handmade, organic, and gluten-free cookies. Aurelie also has a foundation in research, having served as a research assistant at KULeuven. Educationally, Aurelie holds a Master’s Degree in Classical, Ancient Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies and Archaeology from Université catholique de Louvain.
