Adalberto Matoski is the Course Coordinator of the specialization in Construction Management at the Universidade Tecnologica Federal do Parana, a position held since 2011. They also serve as a professor in civil engineering and a master’s course instructor at UTFPR, where they have taught since 1993. Adalberto earned a bachelor's degree in engineering and a bachelor's degree in statistics from the Universidade Federal do Paraná between 1978 and 1989.
