Eduardo Borba Neves earned multiple advanced degrees, including a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from COPPE/UFRJ (2009), a PhD in Public Health and Environment from ENSP/FIOCRUZ (2011), and a PhD in Military Education and Culture through the Brazilian Army's Department of Teaching and Research. They also hold a Master's in Collective Health from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2007) and a Master's in Military Operations from the Army's School of Improvement of Officers (2003). Currently, Eduardo serves as a Senior Researcher at the Physical Training Research Institute of the Army (IPCFEx) and is a Professor and Thesis Advisor at UTFPR.
