Jai Parkash Chahal

Jai Parkash Chahal is the Managing Director and CEO of UTI Infrastructure Technology And Services Limited. Jai has over 20 years of experience in the defence and engineering sectors.

Jai started their career as a Deputy Administrator and Senior Technical Officer at the Defence Electronics and Mechanical Engineering Establishment in Jammu and Kashmir. Jai then served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Defence Establisment from 2015 to 2017. In May 2017, they took on the role of Plant General Manager at Army Production Workshop, where they led a team of 1200+ employees in the assembly line overhaul of specialist Tatra Vehicles. Jai successfully completed the project within the given budget and timeline.

Jai has been with UTI Infrastructure Technology And Services Limited since May 2019. Under their leadership, the company has grown significantly, providing world-class engineering solutions to its clients.

Jai Parkash Chahal has a Master of Science in Defence & Strategic Studies from the Defence Services Staff College Wellington. Jai also has a Diploma in Senior Level Defence Management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and a Master of Technology in Computer Technology from the Military College of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering, Secunderabad. Jai has also completed the All India Senior Secondary School Examination in the Science Stream which included Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology from the Sainik School Kunjpura - India. Jai has various certifications from different institutions which include Devi Ahilya University Indore in Diploma in Senior Level Defence Management, Devi Ahilya University Indore in Diploma in Junior Level Defence Management, Military College of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering, Secunderabad in Young Technical Officers Course Certification and NCC Directorate Punjab , Haryana, HP & Chandigarh in NCC Certificate Class C.
