Sarah serves as Chief Marketing Officer, having been named to the position in 2022 when she was also named Senior Vice President. She was previously Director of Strategic Customer Communications & Engagement, and was named Vice President in 2020.
Sarah joined the company in 2000 as a college intern, and has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility, including as Personal Lines Portfolio Manager within the Project Management Organization and Digital Delivery Manager in the Information Technology Center of Excellence.
She also has numerous years of experience within the Marketing and Communications team, and is currently enrolled in the Digital Marketing and Executive Leadership programs at Cornell University.
