Trent Blanchard, M.A.

Trent Blanchard, M.A. has over 29 years of work experience in various roles related to human resources and business development. Trent is currently working as a People and Culture Business Consultant at Propensity. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Consultant at Sonalake. Trent also has their own consultancy firm, Blanchard Consulting, where they provide a range of HR services to organizations. Trent has served as the Vice President of People & Culture at SecurityScorecard and as a Senior Director of Human Resources at Gilt Groupe. Trent's earlier experience includes working as a Human Resource Generalist at DoubleClick and in a human resources role at Drake Beam Morin. Throughout their career, Trent has been involved in areas such as needs and skills assessments, training design and facilitation, compliance administration, and customized training programs.

Trent Blanchard, M.A. holds a Masters Degree in Psychology, which they obtained from the University of Santa Monica from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended One Spirit Interfaith Seminary from 2001 to 2003, where they earned a degree in Interfaith Ministry and was ordained as a Minister. Mr. Blanchard's education journey started at UMass Boston from 1988 to 1992, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources. Before their time at UMass Boston, they attended Mount Wachusett Community College from 1988 to 1990, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Business.
