Ron Hasgall currently serves as the Head of Business Development at Utila since May 2025, having previously held the same position at node monster from August 2024 to May 2025, where responsibilities included building scalable blockchain networks and leading partnerships across the blockchain value chain. Prior experience includes serving as an Investment Business Strategist at eToro from March 2022 to August 2024, where Ron managed commercial relationships and scaled high-tier partner portfolios in the crypto and equity sectors, as well as conducting market research and optimizing operations as a Web3.0 Analyst. Additional roles include serving as an Economist in the Division of Hospital Supervision at the Ministry of Health Israel, leading a scout tribe for the Hebrew Scouts Movement in Israel, and serving as an Infantry Fighter in the Paratroopers Brigade of the Israel Defense Forces. Ron has earned multiple degrees, including an MBA in Fintech from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Freie Universität Berlin.
