Cyrus Dahmubed has a diverse work experience. Cyrus is currently the Director of Research at Utile, Inc. since September 2018. Cyrus also serves as a Board Member at the Boston Children's Chorus since July 2021 and an Adjunct Professor at Wentworth Institute of Technology since September 2021. In 2013, they founded their own company, Cyrus Dahmubed Works, where they serve as the Head Designer. Cyrus has also held various editorial roles, including Editor In Chief at the American Institute of Architecture Students (2018-2019) and Founding Editor and Curator of Common Ground at Northeastern University School of Architecture (2016-2018). Cyrus has previously worked as an Architectural Intern at Hacin + Associates (2016-2017) and served as the AIAS Northeastern University Chapter President (2016-2017). Additionally, they have held teaching positions as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University (2015-2018), a part-time faculty at the Barcelona Dialogue of Civilizations program at Northeastern University (2016), and a Teaching Assistant at Harvard University (2014-2015).
Cyrus Dahmubed completed their Bachelor of Arts in History of Art and Architecture from Harvard University between 2006 and 2012. Cyrus then attended the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation in 2012 and 2013, focusing on Architecture & Urbanism. Cyrus furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) at Northeastern University from 2015 to 2018.
