Donald Blackburn

Donald Blackburn is currently the Director Regulatory and Market Design at Hunt Energy Network, providing consulting services specializing in the Prosci ADKAR® Model of Organizational Change Management. Prior to this, Donald served as the Energy Specialist at Utilicast, Senior Consultant at Luitporia Energy Services, Senior Consultant at Treverity, Inc, and Management Consultant at Utilligent. With extensive experience in the utility industry, Donald also served as the Director Market Design and Strategy at LUMINANT ENERGY (ENERGY FUTURE HOLDINGS) and held various consulting roles at NTCI Consulting for MISO and TXU ENERGY. Donald holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Le Tourneau University.
