Sarah Davis

Sarah Davis is an accomplished consultant at Utilicast since June 2021, with extensive experience in organizational change management and energy policy. Prior to this, Sarah served as the OCM Program Director at Seattle City Light from October 2011 to June 2021, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of enterprise-wide OCM programs, leading significant projects such as the EMS upgrade and a $15M initiative for the CAISO Western Energy Imbalance Market. Sarah's earlier roles included positions as a Regional Energy and Transmission Policy Specialist and Senior Power Analyst at City Light, and as an attorney at Ivy Law Group, focusing on estate planning and family law. Sarah holds a JD from Lewis & Clark Law School and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Whitman College.
