Josh Hinrichs

Josh Hinrichs has extensive work experience in the utility locating and contracting industry. Josh currently serves as the President of UtiliSource LLC since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Trustee at Frenchtown Rural Fire District in 2021. Josh has also held leadership positions in various organizations, including serving as the Past Chairman of Common Ground Alliance since 2016 and the Past President of NATIONAL UTILITY LOCATING CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION since 2012. In 2001, they founded ELM Locating & Utility Services and has been the President of ELM Companies since then. Josh also held the role of Chief Information Officer at ELM Locating & Utility Services from 2006 to 2008. In addition, they have served as the Board Chair at Gold Shovel Association from 2018 to 2022. Josh briefly served as the President of ELM Subsurface Solutions in 2016. Before starting their own company, they worked as a Business Analyst at Washington Coporations from 1999 to 2001 and as the Director of Internal Operations at One Call Locators, Ltd from 2001 to 2006.

Josh Hinrichs attended Montana Technological University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Computer Science. From 1992 to 1993, they pursued further studies in Business and Accounting at the University of Montana.
