Ben Skiba

Ben Skiba has work experience in the field of telecommunications and utility services. In 2012, they joined Kasco Communications as a Tower Tech 3, where they were involved in building LTE and 2C sites, stacking monopoles and self supporters, and performing structural upgrades. Ben worked there until August 2014. Skiba then joined Mastech Network Solutions in September 2014 as a Tower Technician, where they were responsible for building 2C sites, conducting PIM/sweep testing, and climbing. Ben worked there until May 2016. In July 2018, Skiba started working as a Foreman at MasTec Network Solutions, where they worked until January 2023. Lastly, in January 2023, they began working as a Program Manager at Utilities One.
