Jared Faulkner

Jared Faulkner has a diverse work experience in the field of technology systems and information technology. Jared started their career at CM Systems as a Software Developer and later worked at J.F. Electric, Incorporated as a Director of Information Technology. Jared then joined Utilitra as a Director of Information Technology, where they focused on delivering IT services to construction, engineering, and allied firms. Additionally, Jared has also worked as an Organist at St. John United Church of Christ.

Jared Faulkner attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Music degree in Organ Performance. In addition to their formal education, Jared has also obtained various certifications. In 1998, they became an A+ Certified Computer Technician through CompTIA. More recently, they have obtained a series of ITIL certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice, including ITIL Foundation in May 2017, ITIL Operational Support and Analysis in October 2017, ITIL Service Offerings and Agreements in November 2017, ITIL Service Design in November 2017, ITIL Release, Control and Validation in December 2017, and ITIL Continual Service Improvement in February 2018.
