Kyle Kissmann

Kyle Kissmann has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kyle began their career as a Utility Locate Technician at Damage Prevention Specialists in 2010, where they located and marked buried utilities while training and educating team members and clients. In 2014, Kyle joined United States Infrastructure Corp., Inc. (USIC) as a Utility Locate Technician, expanding their expertise to include gas, power, and communication utilities. Kyle documented locates through photography and provided education on service and legal regulations.

Kyle's next role was as a Webmaster/Designer at Cinnamon Woods Owners Association, where they managed and designed the association's website for a decade, from 2009 to 2019. Simultaneously, they established their own business, Book Brooke, LLC, in 2020, serving as the owner for a year and specializing in an undisclosed field.

In 2016, Kyle joined Scout Communication Services as a Utility Locator before transitioning to the role of Field Manager in 2019. Kyle managed field operations in Upstate SC and served as the IT/Webmaster for Scout Communication Services and Templar SC/NC/GA, handling website development and maintenance.

Kyle's entrepreneurial ventures continued in 2010 when they became the owner of ApplyOrHire.com, a job/recruitment site. Kyle expanded their ownership to include additional sites such as HendoJobs.com. Kyle'sownership of ApplyOrHire.com lasted until November 2022.

In 2021, Kyle joined Ansco & Associates, LLC as a Project Superintendent, overseeing subcontractor crews and ensuring quality control for Fiber Overbuild Projects. Kyle later became a Project Manager and Supervisor, taking charge of training, assisting QCs, and resolving customer complaints.

More recently, Kyle joined Scout Services in 2021 as an Operation and Training specialist before progressing to their current role as Business Development Manager in the Private Locate Division at Utility Partners of America in 2023.

Kyle Kissmann attended Western Carolina University from 1996 to 2000, where they studied Marketing. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at South Mecklenburg High School. In addition to their formal education, Kyle also obtained a Certificate of Completion in Tracer Electronics from Tracer Electronics LLC in May 2022.
