STEEV SUOS

Steev Suos has over 20 years of experience in the IT field, starting with their role as a Linksys helpdesk/tech support at L-3 Communications/Microdyne Inc in 2001. STEEV then moved on to work at Verizon Inc as an Advanced Business Network Technician, providing helpdesk support in a large corporate environment.

In 2004, Suos joined Samsung Electronics as a Printers and Fax Technician, where they performed customer service and technical support for end-users and service centers.

STEEV later worked at Mercer Human Resource Consulting as a Helpdesk/Systems Administrator, supporting operating systems, PC hardware, and configuring firewalls.

In 2006, Suos took on a role at Hertford Cardiology/Del Mar Reynolds as a Helpdesk/Medical Data Analyst, providing customer service to medical staff and collecting medical data.

STEEV then worked at New Age Electronics as an IT Support Analyst, serving as the primary IT lead and handling basic helpdesk calls. STEEV also served as a Systems Administrator/Network & Database at New Age Electronics/Synnex Corporation, where they were the primary IT lead for the entire company.

Suos also has experience as an IT Hardware Technician at Unified Technical/Los Angeles County Medical Hospital and USC, where they provided technical support to internal users.

In 2009, they joined AIDS Healthcare Foundation as an IT Hardware Tech/Helpdesk Analyst, troubleshooting issues over the phone and maintaining PDA/phones, printers, networks, and computers.

Most recently, Suos worked at Utility Partners of America as an IT Operations Coordinator, managing a team of techs and providing support for Windows supported devices, IT security, wireless router configurations, and networking.

Throughout their career, Suos has gained experience in various aspects of IT support, including troubleshooting, customer service, hardware and software maintenance, and network administration.

Steev Suos obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from California State University-Dominguez Hills, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, they pursued an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S) degree in Computer & Business Information Systems at Long Beach City College, although the specific dates of their enrollment are not provided.
