Anthony Fontillas

Anthony Fontillas is a Senior Design Specialist at Utility Solutions Partners since October 2017, with a strong background in performance improvement and IT services, previously holding positions at EY, Five Point, and Oracle. At Oracle, Fontillas was a Principal Consultant and contributed to the Oracle Project Neptune, collaborating with international teams to create a Water Accelerator template for CC&B. As a Team Lead at Accenture, Fontillas oversaw enhancements to the AMEX Membership Rewards System. Fontillas holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Ateneo de Davao University, earned between 1995 and 2000.
