Bill Weber

Bill is a Regional Vice President and Customer Relationship Executive of Utility Solutions Partners. He brings 30 years of application and system implementation experience focused on Electric, Gas, Water, Waste Water and Solid Waste implementations. Bill’s global experience includes projects run in North America, South America, Europe and Australia. He is well versed in managing projects that include utilizing off shore delivery centers.

Bill’s combination of leadership, executive management, business development, operations management, interpersonal and technical skills enable him to successfully deliver best in class system integration consulting services to the Utility industry.

Prior to joining USP, he held senior consulting practice positions at IBM, EP2M, Oracle Utilities Global Business Unit, SPL WorldGroup, eMeter Corporation and MDSI. While in these positions, he oversaw the successful completion of many utility software implementation projects with emphasis on Customer Care and Billing, Mobile Workforce, AMI, Work and Asset Management, IVR and Meter Data Management.

Bill has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Shippensburg University and a Master Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University. He is also a certified PMP.
