Grace Beaumont

Grace Beaumont is a skilled HR professional with extensive experience in people engagement and project management. Currently serving as People Engagement Lead at Utility Warehouse since July 2023, Grace has also held roles including People Projects Lead and People Change & Engagement Specialist. Prior to this, experience includes positions at PaperCut Software as People Experience Partner and Associate People Experience Partner, as well as a Graduate Talent Partner role at Think Talent. Initial experience includes a brief internship in People & Culture at Medibank. Grace holds a Master of Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics & International Studies from the University of Melbourne, complemented by a Victorian Certificate of Education from Geelong Grammar School.
