Nelson Medici

Nelson Medici has extensive work experience as a Technical Project Manager. Nelson is currently employed at Utility, where they lead cross-functional teams and ensures successful delivery of technology projects for clients using Agile methodology. Prior to that, Nelson worked at BairesDev, where they made organizational changes to improve team performance and mentored team members. Nelson also managed resources and developed a qualified team. Nelson's previous experience includes working at everis-Argentina, where they managed development teams and achieved increased efficiency and reduction of technical debt. Nelson also worked at Mitrol as a Technical Project Manager. Earlier in their career, Nelson worked at Citi, where they optimized resources and implemented processes to enhance construction time and productivity. Nelson started their career at Hexacta as a Full Stack Developer, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver software projects on time and within budget, and leading the development of a web-based project management tool.

Nelson Medici completed their Bachelor Degree in Information Technology at Universidad de Palermo from 2020 to 2022, with a specialization in Engineering. Prior to that, in 2019, they attended UADE Business School for a Leadership Development Program in the field of Informatics Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Nelson has obtained several certifications. In March 2021, they became an "Experto en Project Management" from Centro de e-Learning UTN FRBA. In September 2018, they achieved the certification of "PMO Analyst - Project Management Officer" from UTN Buenos Aires. Nelson also holds the certification of "Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®)" from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in July 2021.
