Miles Murdunge

Miles Murdunge has extensive work experience in the field of user success and service management. From November 2019 to the present, they have been working as a Manager of User Success at UtilizeCore.com, a company that provides business operating systems and communication platforms. Prior to that, Miles worked at ServiceChannel from March 2009 to September 2019, where they held the position of Senior Team Lead. In this role, they were responsible for client and vendor service management, team management, and also served as a product and process trainer.

Miles Murdunge pursued their education at the Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2005. During this period, they focused on studying Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
