David Gahagan

David Gahagan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information security and emergency services. Serving as the Senior Director and Chief Information Security Officer at UTIMCO since December 1991, David has a long-standing background with the organization's predecessor, The University of Texas System Office of Asset Management. In parallel roles since December 2003, David contributes as the Assistant Chief Training/Safety Officer for Bastrop County Emergency Services District No. 1, where responsibilities include creating curriculum, teaching, mentoring, and overseeing operational safety.
