Dilip Nandi

Dilip Nandi is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Chief Manager IT at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank since June 2018, where responsibilities include requirements gathering, team management, PL/SQL coding, audit data handling, and reconciliation with GL. Prior to this role, Nandi worked at Nelito Systems Ltd from July 2013 to June 2018 as Deputy Manager in IT (MIS) and Senior Software Developer, focusing on requirements gathering, analysis, migration, and modifications in the ETL process from Finacle, alongside PL/SQL coding.
