Thomas Hoffmann

Thomas Hoffmann serves as HR Director of Operations at Svolt Energy Technology Co., Ltd. since July 2021. Previously, Thomas held the position of Director of Human Resources at Euromaster GmbH from January 2020 to July 2021. Thomas also has extensive experience at Michelin as Head of Human Resources for the Homburg plant from December 2011 to December 2019, and at MAT Foundry Group Ltd as Head of Human Resources in Germany from October 2008 to November 2011. Earlier roles include Head of Human Resources for ThyssenKrupp's Heilbronn and Weinsberg plants from July 2002 to September 2008, HR Development at Praktiker between January 1998 and June 2002, and HR Development at John Deere for the year 1997.
