Karl Bergqwist

Karl Bergqwist is an experienced investment analyst with a diverse background in credit research and portfolio management. Currently serving as an Investment Analyst at Utmost Group since November 2022, Karl previously held key positions at notable financial institutions including Arrowgrass Capital Partners LLP, where responsibilities included analyzing credit-intensive opportunities, and Gartmore Investment Management, where management of institutional and retail funds was a focus. Karl's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Barclays Global Investor, HSBC Securities, NatWest Markets, and Moody's, demonstrating a strong expertise in fixed income, credit investment processes, and research functions. Karl holds a Civilekonom MSc in Banking and Finance from the University of Gothenburg and an MA in Politics from Brunel University of London.
