Roo Rogers

Roo Rogers is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in innovation and venture management. Currently serving as CEO at Utopia Capital Management and Managing Partner at The Radical Fund since 2023, Roo also holds the position of Executive Chairperson and CEO at 54 Collective since October 2018. Prior experience includes being a Partner at fuseproject, a consultancy focused on strategic innovation and design, and founding Redscout Ventures, which specializes in launching disruptive ideas. Roo's entrepreneurial journey began with the establishment of OZOlab and OZOcar, which aimed to create sustainable businesses. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Art History from Columbia University and a Master’s degree in Development Economics and International Development from SOAS University of London.
